Alec Zaychik founded EDEC in 2003. He has more than 25 years of engineering and management experience in industrial and commercial project design and construction. Mr. Zaychik started his career in 1986 in Minsk, Belarus after receiving his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Belarussian Polytechnic Institute and then continuing his education in Georgia Tech. He worked as a Field Electrical Engineer for the UPNR, a company providing field engineering support and services for automotive plants in Russia, Latvia and Belarus. In 1989 he moved to United States and since then he has been actively involved in the local engineering community. He became a Professional Engineer in 1996 and currently holds a PE license in eight states.
